Fun in the sun at Lake Lanier Islands

Fun in the sun at Lake Lanier Islands

It was blazing hot the other day and my kids wanted to cool off and have some fun in the sun while being home for summer. I thought hmm, its 90 degrees outside, lets head up to a fun water park. I quickly thought of Lake Lanier Island! It's just one exit away from me, so we packed up and headed out.

When you get to Lake Lanier Islands its like you stepped onto fantasy island. The extremely green landscapes, boats, golfing, lovely lake, is so breath taking to see. As we drove thru the grounds my kids got excited once they saw the huge water attractions. They were ready to dive right in lol.

On one side for the smaller kids they offer The FunDunker Playhouse,Kiddie Lagoon and Wiggle Waves and beach. On the the side for tweens to adults they have the Wild Waves,Raging River(tube slide),Triple Threat(body slide) and so many more fun things to cool off. My kids loved the slides and the wave pool.
