1 arrested in Gwinnett County murder

BUFORD, Ga. -- Gwinnett County Police have arrested one suspect in a fatal shooting in Buford.

Keenan Robinson, 26, was charged with felony murder and armed robbery. He is being held without bond in the Gwinnett County Detention Center.

At around 4:40 p.m. Friday, the Gwinnett County Police Department 911 Center received a call that a male had been shot at the Hartford Run Apartments in the 2600 block of Hartford Run.

In a statement, officials with the Gwinnett County Police Department said that officers assigned to the North Precinct responded to the apartment where they discovered 27-year-old Marquez Glover had been shot multiple times. Glover's body was discovered just inside the home.

The officers performed a protective sweep of the home to make sure there were no other victims. Multiple guns were found inside the home but it is unclear if any of them are the murder weapon.

After no other people were found inside the home, the officers contacted the Homicide Unit and the Crime Scene Unit.
